i found the breakfast to be very nice. i particularly appreciated the fresh berries. the complimentary cookies were a nice touch too. the staff WAS friendly and helpful during breakfast.
i noticed the soundproofing was inadequate. i could hear people walking in the room above. the self closing door next to our room was quite loud. THE walls seemed very thin.

The family room was like a dream (i could not believe it). it had two separate bedrooms, perfect for a peaceful night. hosts were very easy to contact and they accommodated all my requests promptly. breakfast was fantastic. Everything was so delicious.
the hotel's description mentioned a 24-hour front desk. however, upon arrival, there were no staff members present was great.

The room was lovely with welcome cookies. beds were very comfortable, i must say. we phoned twice. The gent on the phone was pleasant and nothing was a bother to him. he helped with the entry code and when we locked ourselves out.

the walls seemed thin between rooms, i could hear corridor noise.
