comfy bedquiet atmosphere
The room was spacious with a lovely view. the bed was quite comfy, and i found the bathroom especially accommodating. It felt well kept. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as it ensured i had a restful stay.
this caused unnecessary stress upon arrival, as my reservation details did not completely reflect our conversations.

The room featured comfy beds and fresh air, that was important. Staff were friendly and helpful, so it was easy to solve all my questions. Food was very good, I liked it. The manager was helpful with my request.
The toilet roll holder in my ground floor room was very loose, therefore needed repairing.

i have stayed for several nights. the on-site parking area was convenient. the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. the staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. the hotel offered reliable, free wifi, a helpful amenity for planning.
I noticed the tv remote was missing from the room upon arrival. I had to request a replacement from the front desk.
