inflexible request second breakfast

The staff was not as helpful as i expected. I had a migraine and needed a slice of toast to take my tablets, but they refused my request, even though i had already paid for breakfast. they wanted me to pay for a second breakfast, which i found inflexible and disappointing!

helpful staff lovely gift ample choice

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The complimentary wine and Welsh cakes were a lovely welcome gift. I found the breakfast had plenty of choice.

I had to queue for 20 minutes for a lift, inconvenient.

efficient check-in luxurious room clean room comfortable stay

The check-in process was very efficient , especially since I was traveling alone. The room was luxurious and clean. I safety was good and secure , especially given that I was travelling alone. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available in my room.

The bathroom design felt a little dated.

The room had a huge comfortable bed , together with a pleasant sitting room area. It also offered a nice view , which enabled us to chill even more and enjoy some time to unwind. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.
