A Nice Stay!

wonderful staffcomfortable bedamazing food

The staff were wonderful! Prasanna, Rokeerththanan, Gideon, Dilakshi, and Tharushi always wore smiles. They went out of their way to assist me. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice touch. Gideon prepared amazing food in the restaurant. I appreciate his work!

The housekeeping was a real issue. I had to request multiple times for the room to be serviced. i found myself constantly chasing staff for basic things like bottled water and towels. this level of inconvenience isn't what i anticipate when paying a premium price.

The hotel boasts well kept gardens. I enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet. the suite was tastefully decorated. personnel were cute. i found the dinner options at the restaurant to be fantastic.

i found the beds too small to comfortably accommodate two adults. the water pressure was very low in the showers. even for making tea, i had to go downstairs, because room amenities were poor quality.
