A Nice Stay!
wonderful staff comfortable bed amazing food
The staff were wonderful! Prasanna, Rokeerththanan, Gideon, Dilakshi, and Tharushi always wore smiles. They went out of their way to assist me. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice touch. Gideon prepared amazing food in the restaurant. I appreciate his work!

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff was nice. They asked about my preferences. Once I mentioned what I wanted, they made it for dinner. The service was excellent.

The staff were wonderful. They gave genuine smiles. Help was provided very quickly. They were very attentive. I also appreciated the quick resolution of any requests. Everything was handled efficiently.

The hotel is located a short distance from the city. It gives a convenient balance. I was allocated a very large apartment. It contained a separate kitchen and lounge area. The outdoor spa tub added something special.

The suites are spacious, and they include air conditioning. The staff were courteous. The hotel is centrally located, providing easy access to iconic attractions. I noticed the landscape surrounding the hotel, and I was impressed by the plastic-free environment.

housekeeping issue constant chasing
The housekeeping was a real issue. I had to request multiple times for the room to be serviced. i found myself constantly chasing staff for basic things like bottled water and towels. this level of inconvenience isn't what i anticipate when paying a premium price.

well-kept garden fantastic dinner options tastefully decorated suite small bed low water pressure poor quality room amenities
The hotel boasts well kept gardens. I enjoyed the plentiful breakfast buffet. the suite was tastefully decorated. personnel were cute. i found the dinner options at the restaurant to be fantastic.
i found the beds too small to comfortably accommodate two adults. the water pressure was very low in the showers. even for making tea, i had to go downstairs, because room amenities were poor quality.
