The room included a jacuzzi tub and a balcony. It overlooked the pool! I saw coffee making facilities in my room.
The dining staff could have been more attentive, but I understand they might have been busy.

the staff were very helpful. i especially appreciate the support that mayuran and privin gave us. the environment is beautiful THERE. rooms were clean AND in good condition.
the resort looks very tired. it needs maintenance now. service was poor here, i saw no effective management .

broken power sockets frayed towels
the room was spacious, acceptable.
The air conditioning unit didn't work when i got there. several power sockets were also broken, very annoying. the bathroom looked old, and the towels were off-white and frayed. One even had holes. the pathway to the rooms needed work. Cracked tiles were all over the place!

relaxed lagoon stay
spacious room lagoon view good water pressure
i found the staff friendly. they seemed very helpful. my room was spacious with a clear view of the pool and lagoon. the water pressure in the shower was consistently good. breakfast provided a tasty start with pancakes, curd, treacle, papaya and pineapple.
the hotel isn't directly on the beach, requiring a short walk to reach it, but it wasn't a major issue for me. i just found the nearby beach a bit far.

the room was notably clean and spacious, equipped with its own private jacuzzi. this added a layer of comfort and relaxation to the stay. i found it well kept and inviting.

the breakfast had enough options to satisfy. i ate breakfast in the restaurant. it proved excellent. i especially liked the fresh fruits and local dishes available each morning.

spacious room good facilities leafy surroundings rickety sunbeds pool area cracked tiles
the room was quite spacious with good facilities i had a junior suite bath free upgrade the leafy surroundings provided a serene view i also appreciated the lake view from my room the staff was friendly and helpful at all times
the sunbeds by the pool were old and rickety i think the hotel needs maintenance on the pool area i noticed some cracked tiles on the pathway to the rooms it felt a little dated
