The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The rooftop pool was a highlight. I enjoyed the infinity view. I found the Sri Lankan breakfast choices particularly delicious!!!

Decent Stay with a Few Downsides

My stay had some issues. The breakfast quality seemed average and the choices limited, especially compared to other hotels I stayed at. Our room wasn't as clean as I expected. There was visible dust under the bed, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. I thought this would be a detail a luxury hotel would get right, but it appears not.

charmed by the lake view!
attentive staffrooftop poolmodern design
I found the rooftop pool offered amazing views, especially at sunset, it was magical!!! the staff were super attentive. i really appreciated the proximity to the train station. It made my departure very smooth. the design felt modern. I thought it was very well executed.
i noticed some minor wear in the hallway carpets, but it didn't detract significantly from my stay.

the breakfast had a nice choice of food, including both sri lankan and continental options, it was a very good way to begin the day. the dinner menu included several local dishes prepared with fresh ingredients.

my suite included a separate seating area and a spacious balcony, and it had lake views. the room featured contemporary decor and ample natural light, very relaxing!!! the bathroom had high quality toiletries and a rainfall shower.

the rooftop pool area included comfortable loungers and shaded areas, great for relaxation. there is a well equipped gym with treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. the hotel also offers free wifi throughout the hotel.
