excellent stay
large room excellent facilities free parking
my room was large clean and quirky it had excellent facilities right in the town centre i also benefitted from free parking and wifi . i liked having use of the mini fridge in the room which was very useful and convenient. i found car parking space was always made available when i arrived each day which was a real bonus.
i could hear music all night and i only slept about an hour this was due to the late night music in the area. also breakfast was included in our package but we still got charged for it this was later resolved but it was an initial inconvenience.

staff and management were friendly and cute they provided excellent service throughout my stay ensuring all my needs were met. the team was always approachable and ready to assist with any requests i had.

the double room had comfortable warm beds and well furnished bathrooms which added to the overall comfort. the room had a lovely vibe with attention to detail evident throughout promoting its cleanliness. the facilities provided contributed positively to my stay.

the hotel is right in the town centre providing easy access to local amenities and attractions. i found the location convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the presence of shops next to the hotel was a beneficial aspect.

fantastic and friendly stay!
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
The room was lovely and very clean. the bed was super comfortable. i also appreciated how friendly the staff were. They were helpful throughout my stay. the food in the pub tasted great and offered good value for money.
the pillows weren't great, i slept horribly both nights, it could just be me. i found the tea and coffee facilities somewhat lacking.

i noticed they had nightly specials, offering a varied menu throughout the week! the breakfast looked great, especially if you need it after quiz night. i enjoyed the seafood sharer starter a lot it was amazing!

excellent stay with friendly locals
friendly locals delicious food
i am so happy i decided to go against my norm. the staff were very cute. the food was delicious. the locals, who came everyday, were friendly. we received lots of advice with our travels which were spot on.
the heating in the room didn't work . i told the manager it was dependent on the bar thermostat so i shivered in the room. there was massive road noise outside from around 6am. the building literally shook as heavy vehicles rushed past.

the staff were great from check-in to check-out. they were accommodating.. they ensured every request was met promptly. they also maintained a cute atmosphere throughout the hotel.

clean room excellent breakfast
The breakfast was excellent. The team checked me in early at 11:30 AM (very helpful considering my schedule).
Late night music was audible. The music continued later than expected, hard to fall asleep early.

uneven stay
noisy room underwhelming room
the decor was super stylish
The shower wasn't easy to adjust. It was too hot. early morning traffic made the room noisy. the room itself was underwhelming considering the price without breakfast.
