The full english breakfast was fantastic and the food service was really quick. staff took orders at the table, a definite plus. the location felt very rural. A car is a must. but it's exactly what i wanted.
My room faced the front. I could hear some noise from smokers outside the bathroom window. this happened in the evening.

the staff, i guess, were ACCESSIBLE enough.
My room, supposedly named 'cleveley', had this shower. the water pressure was so low. it barely dripped. the website showed totally different pictures, so i felt pretty misled.

The parking area had potholes. Low beams in the bedroom caused some head bumping. I would have liked a better breakfast selection. Self-serve options like fruit and croissants were missing. This limited the choices while waiting for the main breakfast order.

The food was excellent. I enjoyed the gluten-free options at dinner and breakfast. The staff were really friendly (they even helped with a late check-in via lock box). The bathroom in my room was fantastic.
The car park had quite a few potholes.
