The staff was friendly and helpful . They were always available when needed.
I was a bit disappointed that the room did not have better soundproofing. I could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway, disruptive.

The room was well appointed with a smeg fridge. the turret room provided lovely views of the fields. a freestanding bath enhanced my relaxing stay. It was very nice. i appreciated the self-service honesty bar.
The driveway had some used catering boxes near the kitchen door. It looked a bit messy.

The bedroom had complimentary homemade cookies and cake in the afternoon. The staff was quite friendly and efficient. I found the setting to be fine and the decor was very attractive. The food was delicious from breakfast to midweek suppers and dinner.
Service was slow at the beginning of the visit. I was not able to park in the carpark.

i stayed in a dog-friendly room and i was HAPPY. my dog IMMEDIATELY felt at home exploring the grounds. dining at acres during the first night proved very NICE with its lively atmosphere. the setting is quite BEAUTIFUL allowing easy access to both beaches and towns.
i found the downstairs bathroom a little unusual. it took some time getting used to this. this is a minor inconvenience though.

the hotel offers a car charging point onsite which is a HUGE bonus for electric vehicle owners. shared lounge areas provided a comfy and cosy space for relaxation and socializing with other guests. ample toiletries were available which added to the convenience.

the restaurant features an really good MENU with nicely cooked seafood dishes. fresh locally sourced produce is used in interesting combinations. there is a comprehensive wine list available with various options.

missing clawsparking issue
My stay began well. The staff seemed helpful, and the location offered certain advantages. the Lobster I ordered lacked the claws. The cost did not match what you get. I believe you pay for the view, not necessarily the food. parking proved difficult, and the hotel was quite busy. Thus, arriving early is essential.
