the staff were helpful.
Access to my room was through the bar, and i could smell smoke immediately. This was a significant drawback.

equipped room helpful staff traditional pub
i found the room well-equipped, including an en-suite bath and shower. i appreciated the helpful staff who were available to answer questions. the traditional pub provided a good atmosphere for relaxation after a long day.

Mediocre Stay
dark alley broken window
The walk to my room felt unsafe. I had to go down a dark alley at night. a draft came in under the door. The window didn't open, a possible problem in case of a fire. I found no mirror for doing my hair. Only the bathroom mirror worked, but there were no outlets available, a design flaw.
