wow, the staff is really good! i appreciated their politeness and professionalism. they really went the extra mile to ensure i was satisfied. i also have to mention the yummy welcome fruit tray i received.
the parking area seemed a bit small for the number of guests. it could be tricky during peak times.

the surrounding area has plenty of spots to eat and drink including ebony lounge bar right next to the hotel, so guests have several options within walking distance. there is also a cinema within the hotel premises which is an added benefit. the area felt secure and easily accessible.

the breakfast had sufficient options, i found it was a la carte. there are four restaurants with many diverse cuisines. i sampled the white orchid platter, it was amazing!!! the ginger juice at reception was very cute.

My room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. the amenities were good, and i found hot chocolate, cookies, tea, and coffee in the room. the pillows were super fluffy. I wanted to take one home!!!
