fantastic stay!
effective staff comfortable room timely meal helpful manager
the staff was very effective! the room and bedsheets were comfortable. meals arrived promptly via room service, and i really enjoyed them, especially after a long day. mr ocholi jeremiah, the floor manager, helped a lot with issues i had, i really thank him for that.
the metal vent cover fell off in my room around 5 a.m., and it was so loud and scary!

The gym includes ample equipment for a good workout, and the pool area is well kept for relaxation. I especially loved spending some time there, a very good experience to me!

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, and that was great! the room also had good space and was well-organized. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay here.

rooftop pool delicious food friendly staff
the buffet meals were amazing. the staff members were friendly. i loved the rooftop pool area. the food at the soho restaurant was delicious, i totally recommend it!
the hotel seemed to charge for every single thing i asked for, i found it a bit off-putting.

I am so happy that we found a room here! we were totally unsatisfied with our original hotel and this place saved our trip! the food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was so amazing! this is where my family and i will stay from now on. Everything was awesome!
The metal vent in my room fell off really early in the morning. It made a very loud bang. it scattered mold and dust all over my room, and i had some respiratory problems after. i wish that didn't happen!

the hotel's location is super convenient with easy access to key areas. it is great that i didn't experience any traffic getting around the city! i found the proximity to everything essential, a major plus.

I was happy to eat at the hotel's restaurant ekaabo. It offers a variety of local and international dishes. i thought the breakfast buffet was diverse, and the quality of food was very awesome. soho restaurant provides fantastic options too!

the room was clean. babalola michael, a room steward, provided a tidy service. the fitness center was well-equipped and i saw attention to cleanliness.
my room had a broken inner latch. there was a leak in the corridor roof, and it was a slip hazard. i was charged for ice to be brought to me.

vent cover feces odor
the services were acceptable.
The vent cover in my room fell off at 5 a.m., scattering mold and dust. This caused respiratory problems. also, after moving to a different room, there were waves of pee and feces odor, mostly at night. staff knew about the issue but didn't fix it.

good experience overall
friendly staff clean room european meal
the hotel have friendly staff. the room was clean and have good location. breakfast was well-staffed with many personnel and they do the best egg whites ever. there is a variety of nigerian and european meals.
i found that if i want ice, it was a charge for them to bring it to me. the charge goes to the hotel versus a tip for the actual employee bringing it to you.

the food at ekaabo was nice and delicious. ekaabo restaurant was very delicious and offer variety of different cuisine. the coffee shop in the lobby also nice, the staff members.
