lovely lakeside stay

the location was perfect for exploring. the italian restaurant downstairs was a real treat. i found it easy to walk to lake zurich and other walkways. the nearby train station provided convenient access to zurich.

the dog fee felt a bit steep considering the circumstances.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the owner bringing her boxer puppy to work it was a charming touch. everyone seemed genuinely interested in making my visit a good one.

the hotel's location is directly across from the train and bus station. despite this, it overlooks lake zurich, a beautiful view. many dining options are within walking distance making it easy to find meals.

The room upgrade upon arrival provided a fantastic Lakeview. All equipment looked new, including the coffee machine and teapot. The breakfast included a hot egg dish and featured diverse options. I appreciated the professional room cleaning witnessedwith supervision.

Manager Hilal provided awesome customer care. Staff members were perfect and offered cute service. Parking was available for my car and it was very nice. I received a warm welcome each time.

The hotel provided a great location for shops and stations. It was close to Lake Zurich and walkways. The train station was opposite the hotel and I could get to Zurich quickly. It was very useful.

The room included a coffee machine and teapot.

There was no fridge, a problem for a four-star hotel. Train noise was noticeable in the evenings. Parking spaces were also very narrow, so I found parking difficult with my car.
