fantastic stay

charging ports train station friendly staff

the hotel included charging ports next to the beds. the location offered easy access to the train station. i found breakfast great. the staff acted the friendliest i've experienced during my trip in europe.

i noticed no fridge in the room. this detail is unusual for a four-star hotel.

The comfort double room city view featured a very comfy bed. air conditioning provided extra comfort . It was such a bonus. the room looked beautiful too. it felt very modern, clean, and comfortable.

Mediocre stay, Air conditioning issues and inflexible policies.

faulty system poor management

The air conditioning system was faulty. The room stayed at 18C, despite attempts to adjust it. The initial offer involved a room upgrade at extra cost. I found this unacceptable as other similar rooms should be available. a colleague experienced loud air conditioning. This colleague was refused a room change although alternative rooms existed. These issues suggest poor management and facility problems.

Fantastic Stay with a Lake View!

lake view room excellent location helpful staff

We received a wonderful surprise when we were upgraded to a lake view room. It was a great start! The hotel's location is unbeatable (it is right across from the train station!). I found both a Migros and a Coop supermarket super close for any quick needs. The staff was amazing and always ready to help with anything.

I did find that the parking spaces available were quite narrow, a little difficult when maneuvering my car. It would be helpful if the parking area could be adjusted to accommodate larger vehicles more easily.

perfect location italian restaurant easy access convenient access

the location was perfect for exploring. the italian restaurant downstairs was a real treat. i found it easy to walk to lake zurich and other walkways. the nearby train station provided convenient access to zurich.

the dog fee felt a bit steep considering the circumstances.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially appreciated the owner bringing her boxer puppy to work it was a charming touch. everyone seemed genuinely interested in making my visit a good one.

fantastic lakeview new equipment professional cleaning

The room upgrade upon arrival provided a fantastic Lakeview. All equipment was new, including the coffee machine and teapot. The breakfast included a hot egg dish and featured diverse options. I appreciated the professional room cleaning witnessedwith supervision.

The room included a coffee machine and teapot.

There was no fridge, a problem for a four-star hotel. Train noise was noticeable in the evenings. Parking spaces were also very narrow, so I found parking difficult with my car.
