the hotel included charging ports next to the beds. the location offered easy access to the train station. i found breakfast great. the staff acted the friendliest i've experienced during my trip in europe.

i noticed no fridge in the room. this detail is unusual for a four-star hotel.

Mediocre stay, Air conditioning issues and inflexible policies.

The air conditioning system was faulty. The room stayed at 18C, despite attempts to adjust it. The initial offer involved a room upgrade at extra cost. I found this unacceptable as other similar rooms should be available. a colleague experienced loud air conditioning. This colleague was refused a room change although alternative rooms existed. These issues suggest poor management and facility problems.

Fantastic Stay with a Lake View!

We received a wonderful surprise when we were upgraded to a lake view room. It was a great start! The hotel's location is unbeatable (it is right across from the train station!). I found both a Migros and a Coop supermarket super close for any quick needs. The staff was amazing and always ready to help with anything.

I did find that the parking spaces available were quite narrow, a little difficult when maneuvering my car. It would be helpful if the parking area could be adjusted to accommodate larger vehicles more easily.

the location was perfect for exploring. the italian restaurant downstairs was a real treat. i found it easy to walk to lake zurich and other walkways. the nearby train station provided convenient access to zurich.

the dog fee felt a bit steep considering the circumstances.

There was no fridge, a problem for a four-star hotel. Train noise was noticeable in the evenings. Parking spaces were also very narrow, so I found parking difficult with my car.
