i found amazing views of the countryside near zurich. the room was very clean and the outdoor food area was very nice. excellent room facilities pleased my family. the staff was helpful and kind.

The train station was out of order. Buses made access difficult!

the panorama room included a spacious balcony that overlooked the landscape. the room has blackout curtains which ensured restful sleep. a modern television with many channels provides entertainment in the evenings.

the hotel is situated atop a mountain that overlooks zurich and surrounding areas. the uetliberg-bahn train provides easy access to the city. this train runs frequently throughout the day and provides scenic views.

the hotel staff assisted in converting our double room to a twin room. the staff proactively offered late checkout until 12:00. the front desk helped with our luggage transport upon departure, which greatly helped.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious it provided a good start to the day.

The location proved inconvenient for exploring Zurich a 25-minute train ride from Zurich HB was necessary. A subsequent 10-minute uphill walk reminded me of a nightmare daily. Also I found the staff at reception were not that friendly.
