EXCELLENT ski holiday!
great location breakfast buffet friendly staff
The location was fantastic as it was close to the slopes and ski rentals. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and variety every morning! The staff was friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests I had.
The boot room was quite small and often crowded. It was difficult to find space to sit and put on ski boots.

The hotel offered ski-in and ski-out access which was convenient! There IS a fitness center with good machines, and the sauna and steam room were enjoyable in the evenings after a day on the slopes.

The hotel's location was ideal for accessing the slopes. It was just a short walk to the ski lifts. Several restaurants and shops were nearby, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options after skiing all day. THE views from the hotel were amazing.

convenient location free shuttle fresh pastries
The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the slopes. the free shuttle service made getting around easy. the staff were pleasant, especially in the dining area. the breakfast had a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries!
The gym was rather small. There was only one running machine.

dirty carpet dated bathroom
The room was hardly what I expected. It was small and I found the cleanliness to be lacking. I noticed stains on the carpet. the bathroom felt quite dated. I thought I was getting a decent room for the price, I was clearly mistaken.
