excellent stay NEAR THE HARAM

clean roompolite receptionistexcellent service
the receptionists were polite and courteous. room service people were excellent and helpful. the room size was good, it was very CLEAN. the corridors always smelled so good and the hotel facilities were great.
the breakfast had little variety. more options would improve the experience.

i found the breakfast super delicious with a great variety of food i even forgot my airpods at the reception and they found them after verification. there was also a lot of parking specifically three floors were reserved for parking which i liked a lot
the shuttle bus service to haram was not good there were few buses and the drivers were rude

the room i was given was GREAT in size. i stayed for three days and breakfast was mostly OKAY, but not fantastic on the initial day. the facilities felt NEW, and the receptionists remained calm, even when many guests were angry.
the hotel service felt poor. staying here the service wasn't great. i feel room and housekeeping service was not good . the hotel never attended our calls.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety OF options including both hot and cold dishes. there were several stations for different cuisines, giving many choices. a dedicated omelet station ensured fresh egg dishes.

the room included a king-sized bed with fresh linens and pillows. it had A seating area with a sofa and a small table. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower head, and separate toiletries were provided.
