mixed experience, some issues noted
frequent shuttleleaking fixturesrude staff
the shuttle service operated frequently. this aspect met my basic expectations.
the cleanliness left much to be desired. i noticed the bathroom fixtures were leaking, and the inner side of the bathroom door looked uncleaned. this lack of attention to detail detracted from the overall quality. furthermore, the reception staff displayed a rude demeanor, which i found quite off-putting.

Surprisingly Good Stay!

I found the 24-hour shuttle service every 30 minutes convenient, made getting to the Grand Mosque much easier. The room was clean, and I really appreciated the frequent cleaning service. This helped keep things fresh. There was also a prayer room available, which accommodated many people.
The walk from the bus drop-off point at the Grand Mosque to my preferred gate was a bit long, taking about 15-20 minutes.

The room had sufficient space for a family and the bathroom included necessary toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels. Cleanliness was great, and the room was well kept, which ensured a comfortable experience with my family.
