martin provided prompt responses to all my questions. he assisted me with the ev charging as well. the location suited my work requirements perfectly. it provided proximity to various clients. the guest kitchen seemed great, though i did not use it this time.
The television remote was not very responsive. I had to manually adjust channels.

the on-site parking was really convenient. i found the self-service kitchen and dining facilities very helpful. the outdoor dining area was a lovely addition. the room was exactly what i needed and felt fairly priced.
the shower didn't feel great. it lacked power and only dribbled water. i think the tv remote needs a replacement, as i had to manually adjust the channels. the bed wasn't too comfy either.

the room included a microwave, fridge, and kettle. clock and charger was present, which i found very helpful. a HUGE fully equipped kitchen provided a LOT of dining and relaxing areas. shops and takeaways were nearby, next to a very nice greene king pub.
parking spaces were plentiful, though if the house was fully booked i wouldn't have known where to park. the surrounding roads were all lined.

The communal facilities were the best. i found really good cleanliness and bedding. there were great guest comfort touches and communication. I'm grateful. the proprietor was friendly, and i liked the overall feel of the place. i liked that i had a fridge in my room. This was great for keeping milk fresh for tea.
The tv remote needed replacing. i kept having to get up and manually adjust channels and volume. It was a bit annoying. the shower wasn't great. It was not powerful and dribbled out water. the bed wasn't too comfy.

i found great value because of the kitchen access and location. i stayed for three nights because my work was nearby. the room i had was a standard double room on the ground floor. it have a fridge, kettle and microwave. shops are really close.
the shower pressure was low, its dribbled water. the tv remote didn't work well. i had to change channels myself. the bed weren't too comfy.
