The complimentary reception drinks proved a lovely touch. I particularly appreciated the professional service and the fact the airport was so close. The VIP transfer (I made it in 10 minutes) provided really good value.
The soundproofing was not adequate as I could distinctly hear doors slamming. The clatter of cutlery also disrupted sleep and this issue needs addressing .

the check-in was fast and efficient plus the bellboy assisted with luggage to the room. the hotel transfer service matched the taxi fare at 20 euros. room service was available until midnight and the breakfast buffet offered a varied selection. staff members were polite and provided assistance when needed.
the hotel was very noisy i could hear doors banging in the corridor and people shouting late at night this made it difficult to sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of foods, which I found satisfactory.
The noise levels were problematic. Sirens went off in the middle of the night for no clear reason, and the shower floor felt quite slippery. The bathroom also lacked proper heating.
