The staff was friendly and accommodating! The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro station. I found the breakfast buffet to have a huge variety of delicious choices. My room was always clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day!

I found the gym hours to be a little restrictive.

The service was amazing. The staff was always available and happy to help with requests. Special appreciation to Samet at the customer relations desk! I also loved Lola and Nita at the spa. They were very skilled.

My Beautiful Family Room was super clean! It had all the necessary amenities, like comfortable slippers, fresh towels, and a well-stocked minibar. The daily cleaning service kept the room in perfect condition. It was perfect!

the breakfast was very good , with so many fresh options. the hotel staff were attentive to guests. reception , service, and housekeeping did their jobs well.

the soundproofing in the room was terrible because a very busy road passes in front of the hotel. bath towels were forgotten one day of the stay. the bed made noise when i turned over.

the location was acceptable since it allowed easy access to public transportation.

The room i got was disappointing. the shower head was broken, so showering was difficult. the bed was not level and i kept rolling off. plus, the bed was too small for two people. It felt more like a single bed, frustrating
