i found the room clean. i appreciated the fast wifi throughout the hotel, it really helped me stay connected. the proximity to the metro station was super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk. breakfast was basic, but entirely adequate to start my day.
the check-in process seemed unnecessarily complicated. i was asked for details that felt redundant given their existing system. it took a little longer than i expected.

the staff was friendly and spoke several languages. parking was available near reception. i received a voucher so i only paid for parking once even after leaving and returning. breakfast had options including eggs, sausages, pastries, and fruit.
the hotel doesn't offer free tea or a kettle in the rooms.

the rooms maintained a commendable level of cleanliness , which i found satisfactory.
the check-in process was unexpectedly slow. i waited nearly twenty minutes due to a long queue at reception. only one staff member was available, and another staff member present did not offer assistance (i saw him enter and exit the adjacent room without helping).
