superb location comfortable beds helpful staff nice staff member
the hotel has a superb location. the staff helped transport luggage to my taxi. comfortable beds were available. every staff member i spoke with was nice.

central location dining option amazing staff
the hotel's location was very nice i could easily walk to many major attractions monica at the front desk showed me places to visit on a map she also recommended dining options i followed her suggestions and had a great time

central location friendly staff comfortable bed
The hotel's location near the metro stations proved very useful for city exploration. I found friendly staff at the front desk all day and night. My first-floor room included comfortable beds and a good bathroom.
The street noise was a slight disturbance at times.

convenient location dining options good breakfast street noise front room outdated decor
The location was definitely convenient. I could easily walk to several main attractions. The front desk staff gave helpful directions to dining options. The breakfast was good.
The street outside was VERY noisy. I had a room at the front, and the noise kept me awake. I only got a few hours of sleep each night. The decor seemed a bit outdated to me.

The noise levels were quite high. I had trouble sleeping because of street noise. It seemed constant. The room felt a bit outdated, it needs some updating!
