really good stay

separate spaces ensuite bathroom full-sized bathtub free wifi
our bungalow had separate spaces for living and sleeping, ideal for spreading out. the ensuite bathroom included both a shower and a full-sized bathtub. kitchenware included a microwave, refrigerator, and complete sets of tableware. i see free wifi available throughout the hotel, it was a great bonus.
the television reception was not good in lounge area, but reception was better in the bedroom.

breakfast was good, providing enough options for a hearty start. the restaurant offers a scenic view. i found high chairs available for families with children.

the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the stay. they addressed all inquiries promptly. the check-in process went smoothly, which really set a positive tone.

I stayed in a bungalow. it was close to the main building. This was very convenient for getting food and drinks. my partner had a massage at the spa. He said it was amazing!!! everything we needed for our one night stay was provided.
the shower pressure was a little low.

adequate stay with minor issues

ample space helpful staff poor reception upper floor
the apartment balcony offered ample space. the breakfast was good and the dining room was pleasant. the staff was helpful and attentive to requests.
the television reception was poor i found only one channel worked from the lounge. i discovered too late that the bedroom reception was slightly better though still not ideal. there was no lift and carrying luggage to the upper floor was difficult.

my apartment had a balcony. the location proved beautiful. breakfast was excellent there too.
the staff did not. the staff were quite impolite. i think they should remove the intestines from the prawns.
