The staff proved helpful during my brief stay. They addressed my basic inquiries efficiently.
The room's size presented an immediate problem. It barely accommodated my luggage and movement was restricted. cleanliness was subpar. I noticed dust accumulating in corners and the bathroom had a persistent mildew odor. finally, the noise insulation was not effective. I could hear conversations and street sounds clearly, impacting sleep quality.

The staff were super friendly and very cute. I talked to both receptionists and the cleaning ladies. Location is next to a metro station , made traveling around the city much easier for me. The included breakfast had a great selection too.
My room was a bit small for my taste.

the staff was accessible and they kept the place clean.
the room stank like something died there. the bed was like a rock, i dont get how people sleep in those. also, the bathroom felt too small, it made it hard to even wash my hands without bumping into the walls.
