The hotel had a private beach. Several pools provided options for all ages. The staff ensured the restaurant was well-kept, a testament to their attentiveness.
The outdoor lights on the patios were somewhat dim, made navigating at night a little challenging.

an enchanting escape

Our expectations were wonderfully exceeded during our anniversary celebration. It was a marvellous time. the hotel boasted amazing infrastructure and facilities. The private beach, multiple pools, spa, restaurants, and tennis court created a luxurious experience. the staff was both professional and friendly and this enhanced our stay. They made it even better! we built marvellous memories.

The hotel staff provided great service with friendly faces. They were always smiling and very polite. their constant attention to detail really added to the experience. they definitely offered a warm, cute atmosphere.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. it included two sofas and a cosy balcony with a view of the mountains. housekeeping cleaned every day and refilled the water. They certainly maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The grounds were very well maintained and the garden was beautiful. pools were clean and featured great slides. This was a bonus, the setting was picturesque and conducive to relaxation. the area safe area and secure!

i had high hopes for a relaxing family trip and this hotel delivered. the infrastructure included several pools and direct beach access. the staff were professional. i especially appreciated the kids buffet restaurant where my children could pick their own food
i thought some areas needed more shade during the hottest part of the day so it was sometimes difficult to find a spot to cool down

I thought food was excellent. There were many options for my picky eaters. Kids even enjoy a dedicated buffet section. I was charmed. There were so many pools and a lot of slides. They were fit for different ages.
