anita gave me a parking permit. it was valid for the whole time. the permit covered parking right outside the building. the room had dvds and hot chocolate available!!!

The check-in was easy and uncomplicated which i really appreciated after a long drive. the bathrooms were convenient and well supplied. bedrooms were super clean and cozy. anita is a great and friendly hostess. She was super helpful when i had questions (really appreciated her).
The door to the room was a bit noisy. It moved a little and made noise when closed.

the room was lovely, clean, and comfortable with tea and coffee provided. the bed was comfortable with soft pillows and ensured i slept well during both nights. the room included dvds.

parking was easy as anita provided a permit for zone a, very convenient. there was an availability of tea and coffee supplies. there was also a selection of bottles and cans of drinks to purchase at a reasonable price.

The location is ideal. It's close to the seafront and attractions. the beach is merely 50 meters away, easy to access. pubs, the sea front, local shops, arcades, restaurants and bus stops are close.

Anita gave me a parking permit. I parked right outside the guesthouse . I enjoyed the tea and coffee that were replaced daily. the LOCATION was amazing
The door to the room was a bit noisy. It moved a little when closed. The beds were not so COMFORTABLE.
