military memorabiliagood breakfast
The lounge areas include military memorabilia. I saw items from the Army, Navy, and RAF. The RAF room even has a very good library!!! Breakfast offered a good choice. I appreciated the vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room had a slightly noisy fan in the adjoining room. It kept me awake for part of one night.

basic stay with some drawbacks
cheap mattresssarcastic comments
the room was small the bed was not very comfortable i expected a double bed but got two single beds pushed together. there was a noisy fan in the next room , made it difficult to sleep the first night despite attempts to resolve it. i also noticed sarcastic comments from the owner it made me feel uneasy
