amazing stay!
friendly staff traditional massage great location
the staff was very friendly and helpful during my short stay. i got a traditional oil massage and it was a great experience. the location is very good and the view from my room was awesome. i really thank them for everything.
the gym equipment showed a little sign of wear.

my room had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, therefore i slept well. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was pretty cool. it made getting ready easy.

the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section which was awesome. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i could keep up my workout. it was all very convenient.

breakfast offered lots of choices including fresh fruit and hot dishes, it was yummy. the restaurant served traditional kerala cuisine and various international dishes, so everybody find something they like. food tasted fresh.

the staff always responded fast to my requests and questions. they helped me book excursions and provided information about local attractions. i think the service was really good and friendly.

i found the staff very helpful. the lake views were beautiful, a true highlight. the food options had good variety, i especially appreciated the local cuisine. the room was a good size, i could move comfortably.
the pool needed some attention, i noticed damaged tiles.
