Really good Lakeside Stay
prime location peaceful room complimentary boat ride
I enjoyed the prime location on vembanad lake. It has a heavenly view. my executive tower-block room on the top floor was peaceful. it had all the needed requirements for a relaxed stay. the high teas in the evening by the lake were good, and i found the complimentary boat ride pleasant.
the tv in my room lacked operational instructions, i found that inconvenient. it had two remotes and no indication of which one to use. the tv was not connected to the power socket, difficult.

the executive room in the tower wing featured a peaceful atmosphere and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay! i liked the quiet and the thoughtful arrangement.

Acceptable Hotel Stay
staff friendliness boat ride damaged fan basic gym
I appreciated the staff's friendliness. The hotel arranged a boat ride through the narrow backwater canals this created an lovely experience.
The fan regulator was damaged it was not replaced . The gym was very basic it lacked sanitisers face towels and drinking water.

sunset cruise evening tea helpful staff well maintained location
the sunset cruise on the lake and evening high tea were great. i enjoyed my stay. the staff were helpful and always ready to attend to guests requirements. cleanliness was good and well maintained location.
i experienced a small issue with check in since the receptionist asked for an indian id i did not have.
