The food had many options and great variety every day. free parking was available near the hotel. It was very easy to access. i really enjoyed the pool and other provided services.

The rooms were not comfortable. the bed was very uncomfortable. the adult-only bar had children inside. Staff did not enforce the rule. there was no designated area for smoking. It occurred all over the hotel grounds.

lovely foodindoor pool

i found the food lovely with plenty of options for breakfast lunch and dinner including a kids buffet section my children could use themselves the food truck was also available for lunch and included in all inclusive i liked it a lot. the pools were great i stayed at the pools in the kids area there were plenty of slides there was also a lovely indoor pool i used when it got a bit too hot outside

the functional aspect of rooms presented a slight drawback the absence of a proper bathroom felt awkward i found the sink positioned right at the entrance and both the toilet and shower confined to small glass-doored cubicles

I found the hotel very child friendly. There were two pools specifically for kids and families near some trees. The kids club had nice staff and there was a kids show nightly at 8pm. I found many food options available. The beach and some restaurants were close by. I appreciated that.

The check in felt slow when I arrived late. There often seemed only one person at reception. This resulted in long waits. I also noticed that the rooms felt small.
