the staff booked two restaurants for me and arranged taxis. the restaurant recommendations were wonderful. i received such a warm welcome and found the decor cozy. i particularly appreciated the location set back from the center. it was on a quiet street yet close to attractions.

I requested an early check-in. i received confirmation for 8:00 am. upon arrival, i learned the hotel was full, and early access was impossible. i returned at 3:30 pm. The room was still not ready.

the staff greeted me with chilled cava, a nice touch after my travels. rocio at reception provided a map, marking places of interest and emailing food and drink ideas. my room had soft bedding and chopard toiletries, a real treat, the minibar even had reasonable prices!
