we were delighted with our upgrade to a junior suite, such a lovely surprise! it felt luxurious and peaceful, i slept so soundly there. the staff displayed really good kindness, ensuring all our needs were met with grace.
the oversized sink in the bathroom seemed a bit impractical, taking up excessive space without adding much value. it.

lovely hotel, very happy with my stay

the lobby impresses with its wow factor. the swimming pool appears beautiful and well maintained. customer service was great. the value for money seemed excellent to me. i definitely want to come back sometime. the food was great.

The staff welcomed me with big smiles and a positive attitude. They seemed patient and very kind. they gave me a normal hairdryer upon my request and they also let me leave my luggage after checking out.

the rooms were elegant and very spacious. the beds felt very comfortable and the pillows quite fluffy. my room smelled fresh and clean, a detail i liked. i found great variety and fast service at breakfast.

mixed experience, some issues present
big roomscongealed tomato sauceover-cooked swordfish
the rooms are big and they got beds in them.
supper was a real miss, i have to say. the tomato sauce pretended to be a bolognese, but failed miserably. the swordfish was cooked way too long and got very hard.

The restaurant offered amazing food. Breakfast included many options and was delicious. The hotel looks very grand with nice features. The bar and restaurant areas are very opulent.
The rooms were warm, and the air conditioning did not work well. The pool area looked a little abandoned. There were no waiters, and some fountains were turned off. I had to pay 5 Euros for a pool towel rental.
