the staff were helpful and provided breakfast in the room when we had an early tour departure. the room was comfortable with a large bathroom.
The room i booked looked much larger in the photos. there was a jacuzzi i didn't find useful. the room cleanliness was disappointing. I saw a towel on the floor for two days. the sugar bowl was empty and dirty the entire time.

The staff offered a breakfast in my room because of an early departure for a tour, which I found very thoughtful. My room included a large bathroom, offering ample space. The hotel sits conveniently close to both the historic and Spanish neighborhoods. Walking to many destinations from this location was definitely easy.
The showers include overly complicated controls, which caused some frustration.
