Mixed feelings about my stay
misleading description
I was quite ANNOYED by a few things. The noise definitely impacted my sleep. the promised city view from my room turned out to be a view of a brick wall, quite disappointing. I felt misled by the description.

I was charmed by the staff's friendliness and helpfulness . The location is excellent because it is just minutes from Taksim Square. I also appreciated the modern lobby with its spacious saloons and the cute reception area.
The AC was a bit noisy and not functioning perfectly.

Room service menus were accessible with QR codes and showed a large selection of food drinks and items. A kettle was available in the room with tea and coffee provided for the first morning. A friendly cleaner restocked these items daily if needed.

The room included slippers shoe polish and a laundry bag inside the wardrobe. A digital safe was also available in the wardrobe for securing valuables. The bed was comfortable and seemed relatively new as did much of the decor.

The location worked well for visiting Taksim Square because of its close proximity. The hotel is just seconds away from the main street Istiklal Street. Its location offers easy access to many attractions.
