The location was convenient with many shops nearby. My room, a Beautiful Double Room Bosphorus View, was well kept and clean (I really liked the decor).

The breakfast options were somewhat limited for a hotel of this caliber. I also had some issues with the in-room safe. It malfunctioned and required staff assistance.

the front office staff seemed cute, a positive start.

I was surprised by the minibar charges. I paid 60$ for just one coke and two mini liquor bottles. i even replaced one of the coke cans with the same brand, but they still charged me. plus, the room cleaning wasn't consistent. The carpet wasn't cleaned daily, even when i left something on the floor for four days.

I found the location very convenient. It is close to public transport options and the neighborhood had shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful, especially with directions. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night sleep.

The gym was a bit small, with limited equipment. I wish it have more machines.
