The location provided easy access to key areas. I liked the hot shower, especially the large showerhead. The selection of quality teas was a nice touch and there were plenty of dining options nearby.
The room smelled slightly bad, almost like raw sewage.

The hotel has a great location near District Docklands. Outlet Shopping and food options were within easy walking distance. The zoo was only a short drive away from the hotel. The tram stop directly in front of the hotel was a huge plus.
I had to ask for towels daily, sometimes more than once. The fridge did not work well. It overheated, and it did not keep things cold. The room lighting was not adequate. The room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

The room was spacious and allowed three carry-on luggages to be spread out. The gym included free weights and cables for a proper workout. The pool and spa were large, even if a little busy on a hot day (understandable, though!). The buffet breakfast was simple, yet satisfying.
The shower pressure was a bit weak, something that I hope they will fix soon.

The hotel sits right next to the last stop on the free city circle trams. This made getting into the CBD very easy. Some nice walkways are nearby and they were also good for a run.

I stayed in a room with a king bed and it was quite comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival, and the air conditioning worked effectively. The size was good, and I had enough space.

The buffet breakfast offered a simple range of choices. All of the food items seemed fresh and regularly restocked. I found enough to eat, and the coffee was good (especially considering it was from a buffet).

I stayed in a beautiful room queen queen. the room featured two queen beds and it was spacious. the hotel included a pool and a spa. Both was well kept.
the hairdryer plug wasn't near the mirror, made using it slightly inconvenient

i found no towels in the room though i had a reservation.

the gym is very large. it has many equipments, including 3 treadmills. there is a great activities room. i did see a pool table there. also, the pool area is beautiful. it has many spaces to sit down.
the carpark is not on the hotel. it is a little walk away.
