totally awesome hotel!
daily happy hour super friendly staff welcome gift
the daily happy hour was totally a highlight! the staff was super friendly and always helpful. the welcome gift was a real treat and i also really enjoyed the happy hour in the evening. it really reminded me of a homely retreat after a day out!
i had a bit trouble finding the iron in my room.

my room had crisp linens and was very spacious! i got a king bed. the toiletries supplied received particular thought. wifi access came at no extra charge.

helpful staff excellent location hot water poor follow-up
the staff members were friendly and helpful. the location is excellent for access to theatres and dining.
hot water didn't work in my room for the two night stay. the hotel did nothing to fix it and i had to follow up several times.

fantastic find!
excellent quietness friendly staff comfortable bedding rooftop terrace
the hotel room had excellent quietness it was very relaxing i found the staff were friendly . my room was very clean with very comfortable bedding i slept soundly.
the happy hour was popular, but it meant the lobby was quite crowded, and getting near the bar or finding a seat was challenging but overall a tiny thing!

the minibar included a selection of complimentary drinks and snacks it was stocked daily. the hotel hosted a happy hour each evening from 5 pm to 6 pm. guests enjoyed complimentary beverages in the lobby.

the staff were always great offering assistance with luggage and directions. the check-in process was efficient and cute i felt immediately at ease.

the hotel is near parliament station, which allows easy access to public transport. chinatown is a short walk from the hotel allowing simple navigation. plenty of restaurants surround the hotel they are within a three-minute walk.
