the location was superb, right on the waterfront. the room offered convenient access directly to the pool deck. the pool area featured great views perfect for relaxation during the day (i found this very convenient).
the combined bath and shower had a step, this made it a bit difficult to get in.

The staff was decent I suppose The hotel served passable coffee each morning.
The shower controls did not work all that well It made for a slightly frustrating experience I could not get the water temperature quite right There was also a noticeable leak in the bathroom The windows did not open so fresh air was not an option at all.

i stayed for several nights. the front desk staff, specifically ata, offered really good assistance. the hotel provided lavazza coffee in the room. i appreciated using the complimentary bikes to explore nearby areas.
the pool area needs refurbishment, some cushions were stained. it didn't match the expectations set by the photos.

i loved the location. it was across from the beach and close to restaurants. laura at the front desk helped me with my room. emmanuel greeted me each time i entered. the room was super clean.
the pool closed early. i had a pool king room. my patio went straight to the pool. i wasnt back before the pool closed.

friendly staffmissing towels
the staff was very friendly i must say, and the location, was acceptable, near to places, i suppose.
the cleaning, well, let's just say they took towels and didn't replace them, it was a bit strange after two weeks and just cleaning floors once. i let reception know each time i noticed.
