I found that the staff provided excellent customer SERVICE. Chris checked me in and was efficient. He offered help with ANYTHING i needed. The room was clean. This hotel has was in many movies.
my room was right at the back. i could HEAR noise from the independent restaurant. I wish there was a better plan to cater to hotel guests not only restaurant customers.

The staff were lovely. Celine was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, near bars that had a nice vibe.
The bathroom had mold. I also found the rooms to be small. It was not possible to open the curtain to look at a dirty alleyway.

i stayed for several days before a cruise and it was convenient. the room had a giant smart tv that i could log into my accounts. the bathroom included a jetted tub which was a nice touch. staff held our bags before our departure so we could explore.
Housekeeping is not available after 3pm i did need to sweep the floor myself. I wish i had known this earlier.
