amazing staffcomfy bedgreat locationsweet gesture
i really enjoyed my stay. the staff at reception was amazing and assisted me with all my needs. the room included a comfy bed, i slept really well! i appreciated the great location, it was so easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff even left me a lovely surprise, such a sweet gesture!
the tea and coffee facilities were not generous enough, i wanted more!

the hotel provides convenient access to transportation, i saw easy access to metro and bus lines nearby, really helpful for exploring the city! i used a cab, it was efficient because i was traveling alone and wanted to get around quickly.

my room had a french romantic style, i loved the decor in the hallways. the room size was good, i really liked the comfortable bed and the decent shower. also, the room included a perfect work station and a closet, a nice perk.

The staff speaks perfect english, this made communication very easy! the reception staff was very nice, they guided me and highlighted some attractions that i shouldn't miss during my trip. they also helped me whenever i needed anything. I'm grateful.

I liked the breakfast. it was typically french. The croissants were super and fresh. the staff helped and restocked the trays, this was very efficient! the hotel restaurant made a reservation for us, this was very convenient.

the location was great! it was less than a 10 minutes walk to place des vosges, it's a must see. the hotel is well located for the marais area with many restaurants and little shops nearby.
