amazing timecommunal area
the kids loved the games room! it was a great addition and a very well thought-out communal area. the pool, the common areas like the restaurant, the bar, and the children's play area are FANTASTIC!!!

the staff were really friendly and helpful!!! they provided quick and efficient service throughout my stay. the check-in process was smooth and seamless, with staff available to assist with any questions or requests. the hotel offers daily housekeeping, ensuring rooms remain clean and well kept.

dog smellpoor selection
the visual was pleasant on arrival, but the room stank of dogs. the selection at breakfast was poor. lots of items ran out and weren't replaced. the coffee machine was empty, it wasn't good value for money.

The hotel entrance looked superb and cute! The staff acted really helpful and friendly. I liked they even stored my dog's food in the fridge overnight which was very kind. I also made use of the luggage trolleys because it's a pretty big hotel.

Breakfast items provided much variety and tasted enjoyable. The staff marshalled the breakfast room well and they seemed very cute. I was happy overall with the quality of the breakfast service.

The swimming pool was great and clean for a refreshing swim. I noticed several children enjoyed the pool area and water. Overall I felt the hotel and its facilities were pleasant and offered sufficient comfort.

the hotel offered a great play area which was wonderful for children i found the staff helpful. the bar and pool area were good
the executive room was clean and well equipped however the safe was broken
