I found the room very clean upon arrival. The air conditioning worked effectively throughout my stay. The hotel features multiple swimming areas, including one specifically for children. The availability of different restaurants offered varied dining experiences each day.

faulty doorbuzzing telephone
i was expecting a seamless experience, but a few issues arose. the telephone in my room buzzed incessantly during three nights. i had to unplug it to get any rest. additionally, the sliding door on my balcony was faulty. it did not lock properly so i felt insecure.

the staff offered excellent service. the rooms were good. i enjoyed my stay. the team was warm and professional from arrival to departure. security ensured i felt safe. housekeeping kept the room super clean.
The ac in the rooms was not well-placed. It blew cold air directly at us at night. we could not do without it due to the heat. they should move to less plastic in the bathrooms.

the location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions. fine ocean views are visible from many vantage points! the beach bar offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful scenery! though the public beach was easily accessible.
