balanced stay at the resort
hard working attentive staff lovely food wide choice complimentary room service remote beach access language barrier limited beach proximity
i found the staff to be very hard working and they were pretty good. andrea, one of the waiters, always had a big cute smile. the food during my all inclusive stay was lovely with lots of choice. i especially liked the free 24hr room service, and i used it for breakfast several times.
the beach is a 15 minute walk or a quick buggy ride from the hotel. the photos might imply it is surrounded by beaches, but this isn't the case (it was still good exercise!).

restaurant closure no explanation
The team helped me beyond expectations.
The Jetty restaurant was supposed to be open for lunch every day except Fridays, but it was closed the two times I went there and this was NOT on a Friday. They offered no explanation. Honestly, this was annoying.

excellent stay
ocean view friendly service flavorful cuisine
the amenities met my expectations. the ocean view bungalow was well-suited for a scenic honeymoon getaway. the staff member issa was helpful in managing my stay and arranged everything i needed. the flavorful cuisine was AMAZING!!!
I had a small issue with the mini bar. It lacked a bottle opener for the beer bottles.

the hotel features multiple pools suitable for relaxation and recreation. there is also a gym equipped with treadmills. the grounds are well kept and offer pleasant walkways.
