My room, a superior king room, featured excellent amenities. The bed provided a GREAT night's sleep. The bar service was very good, and I appreciated the reasonably priced pub food and its variety.

The breakfast service was a letdown. a young staff member said the kitchen would not open until 9:10, even though it was advertised from 9 am. she said they needed to warm up the kitchen. she also took other orders that arrived at 9:05 before ours. It was poor service

the room was a nice size with plenty of storage i also appreciated the location it was lovely with parking close to the accommodation
the room above reception faced the car park i had no view and no privacy so i had to keep the curtains shut all day the walls seemed thin i could hear every conversation

the room was a nice size and had plenty of storage space. i was able to use the pool, which i appreciated. the location was lovely, and parking was close to the accommodation.
i found a slight noise disturbance, it kept me awake. i did ask about a deal to compensate, but i got no response.
