I enjoyed the delicious food with varied options for both breakfast and evening meals! the cleanliness was perfect, especially in my bedroom. It was excellently cleaned. the staff were very cute throughout my stay.
My room faced the kitchen. At 5am, the extraction fan started each morning. the loud engine rumbling was disruptive. i reported this to reception, but was told the kitchen wasn't in use until 7am.

the hotel stands steps from the beach. various restaurants are close. the staff were friendly and polite. the location allowed simple access to local attractions and the pier, it was really convenient.
The coffee machine was missing from the room. I needed one.

the central location on the sea front was acceptable, as it was close to many attractions.
The windows in my room were not clean. The view was obscured. the exterior of the hotel looked quite dated. the service during mealtimes felt a bit chaotic. It seemed the staff struggled to manage several coach parties at once.

the location was fabulous, directly on the beach. i liked that the town center was just around the corner. the staff at reception were very helpful, they sorted me out with a parking permit. the lift worked well even on a busy weekend.
the room was okay but could be modernized, it felt a little worn.

i stayed at this hotel in july 2024 for three nights and found the staff cute. the reception team quickly provided a parking permit and clarified parking options. the hotel's central beachfront location made it very convenient. i was lucky to have a room with a bathtub during a busy period.
The tv in my room was a little too small. I would have liked a bigger screen.
