i really appreciated the fabulous location it was perfect for exploring! the room felt safe and was wonderfully clean. the entry process was straightforward. i loved the spacious, cozy room with a large comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom.

the tv stopped receiving local channels i sent a message about it but no one fixed it

the room size was adequate i found. the bed was comfortable for sleep. digital check in made things faster. breakfast arriving to my room each morning was very convenient. i did enjoy a croissant and coffee each morning that was fabulous. friendly staff was there to help.

the location was convenient for getting around. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the nespresso machine in the hall. it was easy to get fresh towels when needed.

the ventilation was very noisy, this made it hard to sleep. the reception was often unmanned, communication only happened via whatsapp. i felt anyone could tailgate you in. the lack of staff created a lack of atmosphere.
