the room was clean. the location is great for access to transportation. the staff were friendly and checking in was easy. the shower also had hot water.
the central heating was air conditioning, i was unable to raise the temperature, and the room felt cold.

my room was very clean and it had a good shower. the staff was attentive. alexanderplatz station is quite close and alexa shopping mall is across the street. it was easy to walk to many points of interest.
i could hear train noise when the window was open. it was slightly annoying.
