The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle, and it ran every 15 minutes. The gym had all equipment in working order. There was a Starbucks downstairs. I found this quite convenient.
My interactions with the front desk staff were not the best. The service felt impersonal and not very cute. I also noticed that the front desk area looked rather DARK.

the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. i found the indoor pool to be a nice amenity (it was open until 10 pm).
the front desk staff seemed indifferent during check-in. i found the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy.
