empty minibarbroken ice machine
The minibar was empty. I thought it would have some beverages. The ice machine was out of service . I had to go to the lobby each time I wanted some ice! It was a real inconvenience, especially at night. The gym was smaller than I expected. It only had a couple of treadmills.

The complimentary coffee and espresso machine in the lobby charmed me. I found fresh, clean rooms ! the staff were very accommodating and polite. I will certainly return. The hotel offers convenient access to the ferry terminal and piers, a real plus.
the public parking cost was a little expensive, requiring an extra $37 per day.

The location is convenient to north beach and china town. It is also near the embarcadero center which is easily accessible. The ferry building remains within a short, walkable distance.

I appreciated the free coffee and espresso machine offered in the lobby. Guests can enjoy the fitness center and the handy check-in kiosk. There is a restaurant attached. This provides an additional convenience.

Staff members are very cute, offering recommendations and assistance with taxis. The hotel also facilitates early check-in, a service I valued. The team keeps rooms fresh and tidy daily.

The heating system barely worked , it was really annoying. i asked for it to be fixed, but it broke down again the same night, i was freezing. also, the bathroom wasn't that clean. there was hair on the shower walls. I found it pretty disgusting.

The hotel's location provided easy access to many destinations. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby. The room included a refrigerator and TV.
The housekeeping service was inconsistent . I noticed dust on surfaces in the room. The bathroom was quite small.

limited spacelong wait
i booked a "superior queen room", and i expected more space. also, the hot water in the shower took almost ten minutes to get hot (i seemed like i was wasting so much water!). the staff was nice, but i likely won't return.
