Acceptable Stay
excellent location tasty breakfast tired decor restrictive timeframe
The location is excellent, facing the gardens. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty (especially the sausages). The car park was ample even though the hotel was full, a relief.
The room decor seems a bit tired.

wobbly banister distinct smell
breakfast service seemed okay, and the location did sit near some park or something. i guess.
the 'hotel', if you can call it that, had this distinct smell. like someone tried to cover up mold with cheap air freshener. the guy at the door acted like i owed him money just for checking in. also, the banister WAS wobbly AS HELL, seriously considered calling an ambulance before i even got to my room.

Central Location and Excellent Breakfast
central location cooked breakfast fine views
I found the hotel's central location great for exploring the town easily. The cooked breakfast each morning was delicious, a perfect way to start the day. Our room faced the lake, which gave us fine views. The TV worked really well in the room too!
The bathroom was quite basic and unattractive.

The hotel offers free parking. This is certainly a bonus. The location overlooks the Pavilion Gardens, only a short walk to the Opera House.

Breakfast was excellent and table service was available. The hotel staff catered for all needs including vegetarian and vegan options. They serve a full English breakfast, a treat.
